What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assisting callers with account information and cross-selling banking products and services
- Providing information and resolving problems for customers and non-customers through various delivery channels
- Facilitating first contact answers and solutions for customer questions and issues
- Answering and following up on emails sent to the bank's general information email address
- Documenting all instances of customer contact into the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in financial services or banking
- Proficiency in typing and ten key
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of banking experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in EasyLender, Cleartouch, OnBase, various government and investor software/web portals
