What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as required
- Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and ensuring functionality
- Prepare rental invoices and handle the return of rented equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to comply with safety precautions while working around moving parts or chemicals
- Availability to participate in ongoing training and certification programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or retail environments
- Familiarity with rental equipment and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in forklift operation or propane filling (training provided)
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
