What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services
- Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them on products and services
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability on weekends and holidays for part-time work
- Ability to perform moderate physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow safety precautions when working with equipment and chemicals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental equipment and logistics
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment)
- Certification to fill propane (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
