What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Use smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory efficiently
- Perform equipment maintenance by cleaning and inspecting vehicles
- Handle rental transactions and prepare invoices
- Participate in continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
- Basic customer service and computer skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspections
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification provided)
- Willingness to obtain certifications for propane filling and hitch installation
