      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and respond to basic customer service support tickets with exceptional standards for Center experience and satisfaction
      - Build relationships with Center Directors and Franchisees by coordinating monthly call scheduling, making outreach for past-due meetings, basic ticket support, etc.
      - Create, manage, and deliver Center training cohort calendars, invitations, communications, and follow-ups
      - Assist Contact Center Managers in meeting support goals by monitoring for disengaged Centers, training adherence, etc.
      - Complete regular Center audits to ensure proper setup is maintained

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years Customer Service experience
      - 1+ year Administrative or Project Management experience
      - Proven success in a remote work environment
      - A passion for creating outstanding experiences for clients and customers at all times
      - Exceptional organizational skills
