      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately enter Medicaid, Medicare, and other relevant data in accordance with company policies
      - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
      - Determine eligibility and relevant information based on departmental procedures
      - Utilize technology systems to generate necessary documentation
      - Maintain documentation and track calls as defined by department policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Health insurance experience, medical office experience, or related work experience
      - Data entry skills with a minimum of 8,000 keystrokes per hour
      - Basic computer and Excel skills
      - Ability to type at 40 words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
