- Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion.
- Operates telephone answering system, screens, and forwards calls, providing information, and taking messages
- Greets all visitors entering the building, and conducts temperature and pre-screening checklist
- Assists residents, family members, employees, and other visitors as needed
- Performs general administrative tasks such as word processing
- Receive and sort daily mail/delivery
- Reports any issues to Administration
- Other duties as assigned
- Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
- Must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished, and quality care is delivered while supporting team members and celebrating team successes.
- Promote and communicate activities and events to residents, families and sometimes the whole community.
- Passionately motivate and serve all residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities.
