      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a certified phlebotomist
      - Reliable transportation for travel within the Harrisburg area and other states as needed
      - Excellent people skills and attention to detail
      - Basic experience with computer and Internet technology
      - Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in survey administration or social science research
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
      - Familiarity with data collection protocols and methodologies
