What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality customer service by responding promptly to customer and associate needs
- Pull and prepare merchandise for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and good condition

- Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure correct deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, replenishing shelves as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
- Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for information management
- Minimum of 6 months experience with retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of retail experience
- Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment role at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- Familiarity with inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products in various settings
