What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and stocked store
- Pull and prepare merchandise for delivery or pick up, ensuring accuracy and good condition
- Assist customers and delivery team members with loading merchandise into vehicles
- Engage with associates to ensure correct products are delivered on time
- Ensure safety by lifting and moving merchandise frequently throughout the shift

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
- Minimum 6 months of experience using a computer for information management
- Minimum 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months retail experience
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 months experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials in any industry
