  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide friendly and professional customer service by assisting customers with questions and needs
  - Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise for customers and store displays
  - Ensure the safe movement of merchandise for both customers and staff
  - Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  - Assist in loading merchandise into customer vehicles
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
  - Minimum of 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
  - Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
  - Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance
  - Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 6 months of retail experience
  - 6 months of experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
  - 6 months of experience working in any department at a retail store
  - 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including tasks like stocking and maintaining displays
  - 6 months of experience in any industry involving the inspection, carrying, loading, and unloading of products
