What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently support a high volume of member phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist members through digital channels such as phone and email
- Engage in open-ended conversations with members to identify product and service opportunities
- Assist members with online banking, direct deposit, and account maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, call centers, or financial services
- Live the mission, vision, and core values of the credit union
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience preferred
