Respond to emergency calls and deliver ALS and/or BLS services.
Perform advanced medical procedures: airway management, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, trauma care, and medication administration.
Safely stabilize and transport patients while providing continuous care.
Lead and coordinate EMS response efforts on-scene.
Conduct equipment checks and assist with routine station duties.
Mentor team members and participate in ongoing EMS training.
Document patient care and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Support public education, outreach, and prevention efforts.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid North Dakota Driver’s License
Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
North Dakota Paramedic Licensure (or ability to obtain)
AHA Certifications: BLS CPR, ACLS, and PALS
NAEMT Certification: PHTLS
NIMS Certifications: ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800
Associate’s Degree or higher in a health or emergency services field
Fire or rescue experience
ProBoard and/or IFSAC Certifications: Hazmat Awareness & Operations, Firefighter I
BlueCard Command Certification
