Job Description

- Meets and greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Routes customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact within the dealership
- Manages inbound telephone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
- Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
- Assists with problem resolution
- Provides administrative back-up to various dealership departments as needed
- Acquires proper note taking to ensure message is clearly delivered to the correct admin
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- An impressive work ethic
- Genuinely helpful attitude and friendly demeanor

- Evenings and Saturday availability required
The Receptionist is responsible to receiving customers with a sincere greeting and warm smile. Within seconds, the Receptionist will provide a pleasant and welcoming first impression on our valued clientele. Acting as the front-line point-of-contact for the overall dealership, the part-time Receptionist sets the tone by being an outstanding listener and information source. He/She will know all points-of-contact and of every department within the dealership in order to promptly address the customer's inquiry. In addition to receiving and managing inquiries, the Receptionist performs administrative duties as assigned; telephone switchboard, and call routing tasks. The ideal Receptionist has a high school diploma/GED, a desire to learn common knowledge of the automotive industry, strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
