      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer a high volume of inbound calls, serving as the initial point of contact for patient healthcare needs
      - Navigate and manage the electronic health record to validate and document patient information accurately
      - Schedule patient visits, verify insurance, and collect demographic information while maintaining patient privacy
      - Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex issues and consult with clinical staff when necessary
      - Adhere to established performance standards, providing excellent customer service in all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2-5 years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
      - Must be available for full-time training for 4 weeks prior to starting
      - Typing test required (minimum speed of 35 wpm with 90% accuracy)
      - Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or as a customer service representative in a related field
      - Familiarity with electronic health records and insurance processes
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
      - Proficiency in using MyChart and other healthcare-related software
