- Discuss educational progress with students and families (5%)

- Post at least 16 prime-time hours weekly in 4+ hour blocks
- Availability required during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- U.S. citizenship and current residence
- Teaching or tutoring experience desired, expertise in STEM and/or AP subjects and foreign languages a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet, professional space
- Ability to commit to consistent availability week-on-week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specialized subjects like AP Physics or AP Computer Science
