What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services
- Accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines
- Meet or exceed individual goals, including credit and loyalty targets
- Support inventory accuracy through point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
- Participate in daily service processes, including cash balancing and supply replenishment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience
