- Promote sustainability initiatives and educate guests on Fjällräven's sustainability practices
- Prior experience in customer service and a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate others to achieve goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for outdoors and sustainability
Location: Vancouver, BC - Kitsilano
Compensation: $18.50-$23.00 per hour

About the Role
As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and maintain an organized, efficient operation. You’ll take charge as a keyholder, overseeing daily tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll help cultivate a positive team culture by supporting the training and development of staff, all while fostering a welcoming, knowledgeable environment for our guests.
