- Issue weight and product tickets at the scale house
- Schedule and direct trucks
- Work cooperatively with sales department and dispatch
- Understand customersu2019 needs and requirements
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Daily inventory records in Excel
- Research problem tickets and properly document findings
- Convey any known customer needs and/or complaints with the appropriate people
- Assist office manager and plant manager as required
- Some knowledge of legal weights and measures helpful
- Clean and organize workplace
- Attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude when working with others as a team
- Flexibility in working any shift, extended hours or weekends
- Ability to proficiently perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attitude towards safety
- Must be able to communicate over CB, two way radio, and speaker system
- Be able to work in fast paced environment with High Sense of Urgency
- High School degree
- Customer service experience
- Previous scale operator experience preferred.
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Previous accounts payable or receivable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Hours: 20-25 hours a week
Pay: $22.50+
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a great personality to fill this position at our Weeping Water Mine.u00A0 The qualified candidate will be responsible for weighing and ticketing customer trucks and will also help with general office work and data entry. This position will require constant interaction with customers and truck drivers.Essential Functions

This job operates 90% of the time in an office environment and 10% of the time outdoors.
