      Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator
      Location: Remote (quarterly visits to Redlands, CA)
      Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PT | Pay: $25/HR.

      Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in calendar management? Our client, a well-established investment management firm, is looking for a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to help streamline scheduling and ensure smooth communication across their team. If you're proactive, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain calendars for multiple advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes.
      • Client Scheduling and Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm client meetings (Advisory Reviews, Prospect Meetings), ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
      • Phone and Communication Support: Answer and direct incoming calls via Zoom phone system, monitor call queue voicemails, and forward messages appropriately. Serve as a professional point of contact for scheduling inquiries.
      • Internal Coordination: Schedule internal meetings, trainings, webinars, and practice sessions. Coordinate CEO and COO calendars, including travel arrangements.
      Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of recent experience in calendar management, preferably supporting multiple team members
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
      • Discreet with confidential client information
      • Proficient in Zoom, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and general computer systems
      • Highly dependable, organized, and motivated
      • Strong time management and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
      • Experience in a financial or professional services environment is a plus
      • California and Colorado residents preferred
