      Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Taylor Care Center in Jacksonville, FL for a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist.

      Flexible schedule working 20-29 hours per week. Occasional weekend coverage needed for evals or immediate patient care

      Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

      Qualifications


      Education and Licensure:

      • Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

      • ASHA (CCC) Certification

      • Active state license required.

      Clinical Experience:

      • Prior experience working as a Speech Therapist.

      • Experience in geriatric care, addressing functional limitations, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs.
