What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping in storage units and common areas
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in restrooms, hallways, and lobbies
- Track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, requesting additional supplies as needed
- Prepare and clean vacant storage units to ensure readiness for new tenants
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during interactions with customers on-site
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable using step ladders and performing minor repairs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with attention to detail

- Experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
- Basic computer literacy for task management and communication
