What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate Power Automate and assist the team in implementing it for routine processes
- Automate application cycles and improve efficiency for various processes such as website updates, email communications, student delegate nominations, student and resident officer applications, and award nominations
- Oversee communications and invitations for ASA trainee events at the Annual Meeting
- Develop an officer archive of service for the Medical Student and Resident Component Governing Councils, including documenting officers, their career progression, and involvement in committees and diverse practice settings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled in a college/university
- Preferred majors: Information Sciences, Communications, Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Business
- Preference given to students receiving college credit for the internship
- Interview with Human Resources and the Manager/Director overseeing the work
- Internship must be related to the student's academic major and degree
