Job Description
- Req#: R4802
- Provide an effective administration service and project support to the Team
- Manage first line team enquiries, team document management and scheduling of activity that supports team operations
- Liaise with university partners, contractors and other areas of the business as necessary
- Draft and maintain documentation including risk registers, trackers and presentations
- Assist in organising Team events such as workshops or briefings
- Take a productive role in the production of management reports covering progress, issues and risks, including collating data/information from various sources
- Support business process reviews that form part of strategic delivery programmes

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Partnership Team in either London or Nottingham.
This is a 15 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave working 22.5 hours per week on days to be discussed. Salary is £19,623 per annum.
The Team Administrator provides an effective administration and project support to the Partnerships function, underpinning our ability to deliver high quality student accommodation with sector leading occupancy levels.
Key responsibilities include;
We are looking for you to have excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to manage and prioritise your own workload with great communication and IT skills. The role can be based in our London or Nottingham offices but occasional travel and overnight stays for training and business needs may be required.
