What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive targeted technical upskilling in support of client digital transformation
- Create virtual instructor-led training materials
- Develop instructional videos and online interactive training
- Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions
- Become a subject matter expert in clients' products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design or related field
- At least 3 years of work experience as a software Trainer
- At least 2 years of Salesforce CRM or SaaS training experience
- Experience conducting virtual webinar-based training
- Experience with Agile methodology and workflows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Articulate 360 suite (Rise & Storyline)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
