What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert forensic nursing consultation during real-time sexual assault examinations via telehealth
- Commit to 48 to 66 hours of paid on-call time per month
- Attend initial virtual training and onboarding, followed by individualized training and practice consultations
- Participate in regularly scheduled monthly Zoom meetings and trainings
- Engage in occasional in-person meetings and trainings hosted by the SAFE-T Center
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must maintain IAFN certification
- Access to high-speed internet and a private, quiet space for virtual consultations
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant licensure, or a Master's Degree in Nursing, or equivalent
- Multiple years of robust clinical experience in pediatric sexual assault forensic examinations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active SANE-P certification through the International Association of Forensic Nurses
- Professional training and work experience in child abuse pediatrics and sexual assault forensic care
