- Utilize multiple applications and databases effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Houston, TX
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to pass federal and state background screenings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working from home
- Degree or military service preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and advanced data entry skills
