      What you’ll do:

      Conducts individual, group and family therapy with clients assigned to personal caseload. Responsible for overall delivery and implementation of each individual Client Treatment Plan, attending Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings, and completing assessments, Client Treatment Plans and reports as required by county and state. Attend to clients, families, and referral source concerns as well as providing timely reports on treatment obstacles and progress. Documents treatment interventions and results in medical record on a timely basis.

      To be considered, you should:

      • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
      • Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work or a Master’s Degree in a related Mental Health field.
      • Licensed by the State of Virginia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC OR Licensed as a Resident in Counseling (RIC) or Supervisee in Social Work (SiSW).
      • Minimum of 2 years of work experience providing mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families.
      • Possess a valid driver’s license.
      • Must be at least 21 years of age.
      • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
      • Be able to perform a therapeutic restraint.
