- Serve as the broker-of-record, ensuring all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage and oversee licensed agents; review contracts and documentation for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Collaborate to build brokerage infrastructure, operational SOPs, and systems.
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing real estate agents and teams.
- Cultivate a values-driven, performance-focused culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Provide coaching on listing presentations, negotiations, and client retention.
- Co-develop growth strategy, including expansion into new markets and services (e.g., luxury, development, investment sales).
- Leverage personal network and industry relationships to generate new business and partnerships.
- Identify and help structure off-market deals, land acquisitions, or investment opportunities.
- Maintain and enforce legal and ethical standards in line with DRE and company policy.
- Act as liaison with regulators, attorneys, and risk advisors as needed.
- Maintain updated records of agent licensing and continuing education compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide strategy, branding, and public relations.
- Contribute insights to internal marketing, technology adoption, and agent tools.
- Participate in JV deal structuring or developer relations (if relevant to your division).
- Active California Real Estate Broker License (Required)
- 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, disclosures, and risk management
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM platforms, MLS systems, and real estate tech tools
- Base stipend or commission override (negotiable)
- Equity or profit-sharing opportunity
- Performance bonuses tied to production and recruiting milestones
- Co-ownership arrangement

$160,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
