      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee staff and ensure smooth operation of a 24/7 call center providing screening, triage, and referral functions
      - Provide direct administrative and clinical oversight, training, and supervision to clinicians and specialists
      - Analyze staffing needs and recommend schedules to ensure timely call responses
      - Develop policies and procedures related to access to behavioral health services
      - Supervise community relations and contract management with local hospitals and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed Clinician or Registered Nurse with 4 years of combined Crisis Call Center and clinical experience in mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities
      - Minimum of 2 years of administrative supervisory experience
      - Ability to travel as needed to perform job duties
      - Must reside in North Carolina
      - Current unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, LCAS, or RN) in North Carolina

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of physical health in addition to behavioral health
      - 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center setting
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
