Job Summary
The Parts & Logistics Coordinator supports Machine Shop functions by maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ensuring parts and products are shipped and received in a timely fashion.
Job Functions
• Assist with day-to-day shipping and receiving activities
• Perform periodic cycle counts and report the results
• Assist with generating purchase requisitions, managing delivery, and receipt
• Assist with packaging equipment and consumable goods
• File shipping and production documentation
• Carry out general office upkeep
Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of shipping, receiving and inventory control experience preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel
• Experience with a computer based inventory control system is preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused and team oriented
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
