Job Description

- Responsible for the market growth of Parts & Accessories sales in the region.
- Responsible for the account management of existing Parts & Accessories only accounts.
- Drive growth via new dealer onboarding for Parts & Accessories.
- Maximise the P&A opportunity with Key Accounts, Direct Business and Professional customers.
- Plan & coordinate sales activities with relevant stakeholders to drive business areas forward on a national level.
- Build strong relationships and develop robust sales plans with both Sales & Aftersales Teams.
- Achieve budgeted sales targets in line with goals and strategy. Follow up on KPIs and coaching your peers.
- Manage OTIF performance and ensure there is optimised stock at dealer and warehouse through accurate forecasting.
- Own the Product Management of Parts & Accessories utilising market intelligence.
- Conduct market analysis to identify product and sales opportunities, and gather competitor intelligence.
- Manage key campaigns and projects centred around the sales growth of Parts & Accessories.
- Securing the roll out and growth of Services to deliver sales growth in Finished Goods, Parts & Accessories.
- Securing local ownership and focus on selling through our operating lease offerings.
- Follow up customer and sales data in CRM systems to enable sales and create the best possible customer experience.
- Proactively guide and support your sales colleagues and their dealers.
- Responsible for the delivery of sales and services product training to drive penetration across core product types.
- Participating in a global network for development of Services.
- Being the ambassador for Parts & Accessories and Services.
- Provide oversight to Husqvarna and appointed representatives for operating lease products, marketing activities and services to both consumer and business to business customers.
- Ensure governance and compliance requirements are implemented and adhered to in-line with FCA standards.
- Sound commercial understanding particularly focused on Parts & Accessories
- Understanding of the end to end life cycle management of products
- Experience in gathering and utilising market intelligence
- Awareness of the financing industry
- Knowledge of operating lease products with ability to articulate differences between consumer and B2B offerings
- An understanding of regulatory requirements for financial products and credit broking activities
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Role Description:

You will be given a central role in the local team where you will have the opportunity to implement, drive and secure the success of our Parts & Accessories (P&A) and services offering in Husqvarna’s dealer channel, controlling the end to end life cycle of our P&A and Services offering.

Skills & Qualifications:
We believe that you have a history within sales/finance/marketing, preferably with a business focused education. To be successful in the role, you also have sales experience, and/or key account manager experience. Furthermore, you love to create results and put in a higher gear to get things done. Preferably, you are used to working with wide scope, as the position demands both hands-on as well as an analytic approach. You are a natural communicator and have no problem explaining complex solutions in a commercial manner.
As this is a central role, it is important that you are customer-focused combined with a strong can-do attitude. The work we offer you will be varied and offer opportunities for development.
As overnight stays and travel are involved in this position, a driving license is required.
