• Prepare, analyze and distribute Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and or annually parts reports as per defined standards supporting local parts planning, inventory, and availability optimization
• Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customers service levels and reduce total inventory cost.
• Participate to local parts requirement meeting between Parts Business, Inventory and REMAN Planning.
• Analyze periodic report or KPI and propose idea / concept on potential sales growth and data analysis to improve the efficiency of the supply chain process, as per defined.
• Carry out parts inventory surplus analysis and liaise with Parts Business for Sales potential
• Provide required data in discussion with MIN Customer services and MIN Controlling for inventory optimization
• Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated to you by your manager.
  

• Computer ability to operate Windows office (Excel and Words).
• Advance skill in pats system program specially on analysis menu.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in-writing.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• General understanding of parts procurement, planning, storage, and logistic process.
• Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minize risk of mistakes.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skill.
• Proficient in Excel reporting & analysis tools. Understanding of BI tools would be an added value.
• Excellent knowledge of parts sales process.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Parts Operation.
