      Description

      POSITION SUMMARY

      Coordinates the day-to-day parts business at the local level (parts support team will report directly to this individual). Is very involved with the day-to-day parts business as a working supervisor. Ensures that his/her team provides a hassle-free experience for our customers (including our service department). Focuses on one consistent Equipment Depot way of doing business by implementing and adhering to company-wide processes and procedures. Works with the Parts Manager and Operations Manager to achieve business objectives (as measured by Key Performance Indicators) by improving the skills, professionalism, and efficiencies within our parts operation.

      • Promotes the Equipment Depot vision and mission within his/her team.

      • Ensures that parts KPI’s (relating to efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction) are consistently met.
      • Will be required to handle disciplinary issues involving personnel if/when they occur.
      • Works with his/her Operations Manager to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans, objectives, and goals for each location.
      • Handles customer requests, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
      • Completes performance reviews as/when required for everyone within his/her organization.
      • Assists in the recruiting and development of his/her parts organization.

      Qualifications


      SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
      Experience: Prefer at least 2 years of previous parts experience
      Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products
      Other:

      • Well organized, good communication skills, team player, strong attention to detail.
      • Good customer communication skills
      • Strong team focus
      • Provide day-to-day leadership for his/her team
      • Meet customer needs/expectations with a sense of urgency
      • Communicate across all functional groups and geographical locations (“One Equipment Depot” mindset)

      RATE OF PAY - $65-77k, bonus potential up to 7% of base salary
