What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process requests via phone and online submission, documenting accurately in an internal incident management system
- Provide fast and alternative solutions for dealers to reduce machine downtime, collaborating with customer support team members
- Research and troubleshoot issues using available tools, providing timely and complete resolutions
- Compose accurate parts identification information for corrective actions and coordinate quality problems with Parts Depots
- Participate in training activities to enhance understanding of company products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Agriculture, Construction, or mechanical/technical science with three years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, a minimum one-year mechanical program certification with four years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with five years of relevant experience
- At least one year of experience with daily usage of Windows-based computer systems
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment technical service and/or support
- Familiarity with parts catalog and material publishing processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer support role
