Parts - Warehouse Maintenance Clerk

- Extension Possible: Yes
- Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, production supplies, and office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities conducted at the facility.
- Prepare and process order forms and necessary documentation for parts purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and OSHA safety standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with other departments and team members.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Follow all company safety, GMP, and operational policies.
- Accurately track parts using spreadsheets and computerized maintenance software (PMC).
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or parts clerk role.
- Previous experience in auto parts, plumbing supplies, or similar industries is highly valued.
- Familiarity with bearings, motors, electrical parts, and general maintenance items in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Experience with maintenance management software (PMC) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a team setting.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods
