      Eulen America is a leading provider of business outsourcing services and is rapidly growing in the aviation and janitorial sectors.

      Eulen America is currently seeking Full-Time Passenger Service Agents for the Tampa International Airport. We are looking for applicants who are flexible and can work days, nights, holidays, and weekends. You must have perfect attendance and be at work on time.

      Responsibilities and Duties

      • Inspect and verify passenger documentation
      • Issue boarding passes and reschedules passengers affected by flight interruptions and cancellations
      • Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculations
      • Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check-in processes including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance
      • Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, as required
      • Make public address announcements as required
      • Assist Ramp Service Agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate checks are made available for loading on departures and delivered to the passengers on arrival
      • Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements and Airport Ground Handlers, Inc. policies
      • Operate Jetways, and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software
      • Produce all required, work-related documentation
      • Other duties as assigned
      • Willingness to work in inclement weather

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Must be proficient in SABRE.
      • The ability to speak, read, and, write in English.
      • The ability to pass a drug test and TSA fingerprint background check.
      • Valid driver’s license for Ramp Agent
      • Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift at least 70 lbs.
      • The willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
      • The ability to understand and obey all operational and safety procedures.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • A professional appearance.
