      Location: Remote, USA
      Shift: Required to work a minimum of 48 hours a month, days and shifts will vary, and can include weekends, evenings and holidays.

      The Patient Access Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties to support assigned areas and programs.


      Responsibilities:

      • Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required
      • Routes written communications as appropriate
      • Communicates with others via telephone, and/or email
      • May receive and screen visitors and handles general inquiries
      • Effectively prioritizes work load based on immediate needs
      • Develops and refines clerical policies and procedures
      • Trains support personnel in new procedures and new employees on duties to be performed
      • Performs other duties as assigned
      • May be required to be “on-call”


      Required Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or GED
      • One (1) year of related work experience is required
      • Dedicated private work space is required

      For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.28 - $17.73 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
