What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop teams handling referrals, intake, and case management
- Oversee team performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with regulations
- Develop and execute scalable intake processes to increase efficiency
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for referral sources and patients
- Coach, mentor, and guide team members to achieve peak performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in intake coordination or healthcare operations
- Proven track record of strategic planning and process optimization
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical/legal documentation standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, worker’s compensation, or legal roles
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other software applications
