      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact for reimbursement and acquisition aspects of a high touch medication for a rare disease
      - Assist healthcare provider offices with questions related to Buy/Bill management and Specialty Pharmacy understanding
      - Coordinate patient assistance and reimbursement support services
      - Educate office staff on the use of Buy/Bill and Specialty Pharmacy products
      - Utilize data to analyze acquisition challenges and develop actionable steps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry
      - Previous experience working with vendor relationships
      - Previous experience managing customer interactions
      - Previous sales management and/or account management experience highly desirable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or advanced degree
      - Experience in managing customer interactions in the healthcare industry
