      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the patient registration process including verifying identity and selecting the correct patient record
      - Explain and complete regulatory and compliance documents while adhering to privacy standards
      - Collect co-payments, deposits, and outstanding balances securely during the registration process
      - Greet patients and families, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate service area
      - Perform scheduling, pre-admission, and discharge duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of customer service and/or data entry experience
      - Six months of previous healthcare experience is a plus
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Proficiency in computer keyboarding skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of third-party payers, ICD-9/CPT coding, and medical terminology
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree can be considered in lieu of two years of experience
