      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments for various medical services, including diagnostic and surgical procedures
      - Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information from patients
      - Register patients and accurately enter data into the scheduling system
      - Provide professional and compassionate service to patients, families, and community members
      - Meet individual quality metrics in a call center environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
      - Completion of the Patient Access training course
      - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities
      - Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, and proficiency with computer applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) applications
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish/Creole
      - Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, and Medicare coverage
