Support patients, providers, and caregivers with benefit-related services such as benefit verifications, claims assistance and tracking, prior authorization coordination, appeals and denials, alternate coverage research

Conduct welcome and follow-up calls as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service standards are met

Monitor payer trends and escalate potential issues or delays

Provide professional, empathetic customer service via phone and digital platforms

Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and discretion

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
-
4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, administrative support, accounting, or customer service (degree may substitute for experience)

Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and reimbursement practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Ability to work independently in a structured, remote environment
