      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive first impression
      - Collect and verify patient demographic information in accordance with organizational standards
      - Schedule patient appointments and perform medical necessity checks as needed
      - Communicate effectively with patients regarding their inquiries about referrals and insurance
      - Participate in departmental quality improvement activities and provide suggestions for process enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer data entry and typing
      - Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional education or language skills
      - Experience in healthcare finance and/or healthcare insurance
      - Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration in a healthcare setting
