      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consistently practice the Patients First philosophy and maintain high standards of customer service
      - Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
      - Collect and verify patient demographic information in accordance with organizational standards
      - Schedule appointments and perform medical necessity checks as required
      - Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure the integrity of patient data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer data entry and typing (minimum 40 wpm)
      - Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional education or language skills
      - Experience in healthcare finance or insurance
      - Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes in a healthcare setting
