      - Respond to a high volume of appointment requests via telephone calls, emails, and other electronic messages
      - Schedule appropriate medical exams, procedures, and tests
      - Collect demographic information and perform insurance registration as needed

      - Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong phone etiquette

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of medical office or call center experience

      - Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
      - Accurate data entry skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced medical office or call center environment
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
