      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for services according to scripts and guidelines
      - Collect care-specific information for Primary Care or Specialty Care services
      - Route incoming calls from patients and healthcare team members, managing messages and inquiries
      - Verify insurance eligibility and update demographic information per regional policies
      - Coordinate the referrals process and track referrals to specialty care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of call center experience or two (2) years of customer service experience using multiple telephone lines
      - Two (2) years of experience keyboarding/typing and navigating multiple computer applications in a Windows environment
      - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
      - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
      - Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five (5) years of call center experience or five (5) years of customer service experience using multiple telephone lines
      - Experience or education in the Health Care field
      - Two (2) years of post-high school education
