What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls including but not limited to new patient orientation, department scheduling, and asking to speak with a clinician
- Document patient information within various electronic systems
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative support role in a customer service, healthcare environment and/or in communications required
- Must be available to work as needed based on current demand
- Must be able to use computer/phone for extended periods of time
- Outstanding ability to use multiple software programs and equipment in a fast-paced environment while assisting others
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required
