Responsible for daily departmental operations, implementing standardized processes and best practices, carrying out the concept of one team, assisting in monitoring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards. Monitors every day activities and maintains an effective working relationship with internal and external customers. Collaborates closely with referring physicians, physician office staff, physician liaisons, and all other key department managers impacted by these services.
