      Supervises all registration operations at respective facility. Assists leader in working with service line personnel and managers, office staff personnel and senior management to promote accurate and efficient registration services. Supervisor is expected to assist leader in efforts to motivate staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and to meet the organizational and departmental goals for Customer Service and financial performance. Must possess effective communication and presentation skills, and exemplify professional standards.

      • High School graduate or equivalent required.
      • Some college preferred.
      • 1 to 2 years of experience in Patient Access field required.
      • 1 year proven leadership experience required (supervisor, team lead).
      • Customer service background preferred.
      • Computer skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks.
      • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), including speaking to large groups.
